Location: incredible, near to many shops/restaurants and Greenville and Soccer Tournament. Big and updated room with beautiful bathroom. Great breakfast and lovely views of this lovely hotel.
Everything was great except the room that do needed to be cleaned.

the location in downtown Greenville was a plus .
Location
A lot here, the pull out bed had old sheets on it when we arrived.The AC in the room was very load and made it difficult to sleep. The service in the restaurant was slow and the food, meat loaf and pork chops were not good. The bar in the lobby had issues with hygene, the straws for drinks were opened and the straws touched by staff then put in the drink. The bill had my return address for the Ukraine, can not understand why.

the hotel lobby's stunning glass ceiling gave me an immediate sense of warmth. a small detail but worth noting is the personable staff who made my stay truly memorable. appreciated the fitness centre.

The decor throughout the hotel was good, with the lobby's gorgeous atrium with ample comfortable seating that's perfect for a leisurely chat with friends. It's so inviting for anyone, especially us seniors!

Improvements needed
In general: We ate at Roosters and ordered from the bar menu. Our meal at the bar was very disappointing. My husband's burger was lukewarm and was not as described on the menu. My burger was lukewarm when it arrived. The meal at the restaurant was not so good either. My husband had to cut his meatloaf with a knife, it was that tough!! Please offer more 'heart healthy options. My daughter and son in law both work at the Hyatt in Seattle so we know you can do better. Thanks! There are several misspellings on the bar menu!!!!!!

The Hyatt Regency offers a beautiful lobby with good holiday decor. The bed was comfortable, and the staff, especially the valet team, provided efficient service. The complimentary breakfast included well-prepared.
The room was smaller than expected and lacked a proper upgrade for Globalists.
